   By creating your group with other members from your own ship, you maximize your time and sightseeing opportunities by avoiding shuttling from ship to ship to collect other parties upon pick up, and then again upon return.
   
   
3. You select the tour of your choice to share with others with personal flexibility.
   When joining existing tour-sharing tours, options can be limited and flexibility is not possible. When you select your own tour you have the possibility to make adjustments and invite others interested in joining your customized tour.
   
   
4. You are in charge of who joins your tour.
   Unlike generic tour-sharing options offered by many companies that place you in a van filled with complete strangers that you may or may not have anything in common with, by creating your own tour group you make the final decision of who joins your tour for your optimal enjoyment with your tour mates.

   By creating your own private tour group, you have the unique opportunity to get to know your new tour mates in advance for a more enjoyable shared tour experience. This special opportunity is not possible on generic shared tour options where strangers are grouped together.
   
   
6. You choose the size of your group.
   Generic tour-sharing options aim at filling up the vans with a maximum capacity, 8 passengers.  While this is the most cost-effective option, it is NOT the most comfortable option for many cruisers who prefer more space inside the vehicle. The maximum luggage capacity per vehicle is 6 Suitcases and 6 carryons in TOTAL. If comfort and luggage space is important to you, you can create a small group of up to 6 persons without exceeding 6 suitcases and 6 crayons in Total, and have a more enjoyable and comfortable tour experience.
   
   
7. Because tour sharing reduces individual rates significantly, each individual party pays their own small share independently to the driver in Euro currency.
   
   
8. As a group, you also share the costs for extras such as private licensed tour guides for the Vatican and Pompeii.

If you are booking a POST-CRUISE TOUR (pick up in Civitavecchia and drop off in Rome), please note that the price includes 1 Hotel drop-off.  Additional Drop Off Hotels may be EXTRA depending on the distance between the hotels.  A Post Cruise Tour does NOT have a drop-off in a different city, such as Fiumicino. Participants staying at a hotel outside of Rome would need to pay extra for a Transfer Service from Rome to their hotel in a different city.  To keep the overall tour price at a minimum, please ensure that ALL participants stay at hotels close and centrally located in Rome.

 

IMPORTANT INFORMATION ON TOUR SHARING

• Each vehicle can accommodate up to 8 participants, however, the seats will be small with limited personal space inside the van.
  
  
• For more comfort and space inside the vehicle, we suggest up to 6 passengers.
  
  
• LUGGAGE capacity is a maximum of 6 Suitcases and 6 small Carryons in TOTAL
• Include the link to the tour(s) you wish to share with others so those interested will have the opportunity to review the important tour information.
  
  
• You can book your Shore Excursions early, and add others to your tour as they join. To prevent disappointments, we do not recommend last-minute additions made less than 1 week prior to the tour date to ensure the proper size vehicle will still be available on your tour date. If your tour group reaches 8 persons, please inquire to ensure there are suitable vehicles on your tour date.
  
  
• You can secure a large vehicle by booking the maximum group size you intend to create and then just add the new members as they join.
  
  
• Make sure everyone joining your group has enough time to book their Admission Tickets (admission tickets booked online to skip the ticket lines are subject to availability and must be booked as quickly as possible in advance).
  
  
• Everyone in the group must agree to the set itinerary in advance, as well as sharing in the cost of Tour Guides, etc.
  
  
• Please provide us with the LEAD NAME and E-MAIL ADDRESS of the other members of your group who don't share the same E-Mail in the reservation so we can reach everyone in the group with important information.
  
  
• PAYMENT for Shared Tours in EURO currency to your driver. Each party sharing the tour can pay their own share in EUROS to the driver.

   

SHARED TOUR CANCELLATION POLICY

• Tour Leader (person placing the reservation) is responsible for all others in the group in case of cancellations or no-shows.
  
  
• Cancellation for any members of the shared group is 7 Days Prior to Tour Date.
  
  
• Same Day Cancellations or No Shows are NOT accepted. 
  
  
• In case of same-day no-show or cancellation, the remaining group will be responsible in sharing the cost of the ORIGINAL TOTAL number of persons in the reservation. The total price will NOT be reduced for same-day cancellations or no-shows.
  
  
• For cancellations made in advance, the tour price will be modified to reflect the new number of passengers. This will change the price "per person". The price per person changes each time the total number of persons in the reservation changes.
  
  
• Please keep us posted with any changes in your group size in advance so we can best assist and accommodate your needs.
